Business Ready To Launch for trades and real-world service businesses.
A practical front-office system: AI receptionist, call forwarding, ChatBox intake, appointments, job dashboard, reminders, quotes, follow-up, and review requests.
You do not have to use the whole box.
Start with one offer and one way for customers to contact you. For example, a new electrician can create a simple website, prepare a clear service description and use the receptionist screen test. Add lead research, reminders, advertising, E-books and paid call handling only when they are useful. The aim is to make a first sale, not to complete every screen.
A local service, an E-book, a simple website service or a marketing service. Keep the first offer easy to explain.
See ways to earn →Add the business name, what it does, area and contact method. This is enough for a first conversation.
Open Website Builder →Use the sample receptionist to test business hours, customer questions and the message a customer would receive.
Test Receptionist →Choose the UK trade or service category.
Connect a receptionist number or set up missed-call forwarding.
Set the questions the receptionist must ask.
Connect ChatBox, appointment rules, SMS, and email follow-up.
Test the flow with a real call and check the dashboard record.
Search Companies House
Search newly incorporated UK companies by trade or service SIC code. Choose the last day, 7 days, 30 days, or 3 months, then export a CSV with Companies House, Google, Facebook and Instagram links.
One box, changed for each role.
Think of it as one reliable box of tools, not a different product each time. The same engine records enquiries, follows an agreed process, sends reminders and keeps work organised. The owner then changes the setup for the job: their business name, offer, questions, opening hours, appointment rules, documents and approved answers. A plumber, bookkeeper, care service or English-learning provider can therefore use the same engine in a different way.
UK numbers and forwarding are straightforward, so the first product can be sold before solving difficult local-number countries.
A virtual service means the software or support can be delivered from elsewhere while the customer experiences a local telephone number, local contact route and agreed service. For calls, a SIM/mobile number, call forwarding or a virtual number is the bridge: it carries the local call to the receptionist service and passes the enquiry back to the local owner. The current product tests the wording and workflow; a live call service needs an approved UK number or forwarding provider, a completed forwarding test and the owner’s approval.
A UK company may use a legitimate registered-office or mail-handling provider if it has permission to use the address and the provider handles post properly. This is not the same as pretending to trade from an address. The owner must choose an address suitable for their real business and check the Companies House and tax requirements before using it.
When you are on-site, driving, or with a customer, your AI receptionist answers, captures the job, books the next step, and puts everything into your dashboard.
