PAULSPEAKS RELEASE DEPARTMENT
App Store Readiness Agent
This is the company release register. It does not guess that an app is incomplete: every app starts as awaiting an audit until we inspect its actual product, data, customer journey and Android build.
What the release agent checks
1. Clear standalone customer purpose
2. All advertised features work
3. Privacy policy and data-safety answers
4. Account deletion route if accounts exist
5. No unsupported medical, tax or legal claims
6. Google Play screenshots, icon and store text
7. Android package and internal test
8. Closed-test feedback and release decision

The first audit should be one app at a time. We will record what works, what data it uses, what it promises, what Google Play needs, and whether it should be a standalone app or remain part of a larger service.
